Customers help to make PULSE 16 better
In July 2011, a total of 56 Brüel & Kjær customers, representing a variety of businesses and industries, participated in the Beta Test Programme for PULSE 16. Participants covered a huge number of user scenarios. This effort added to our daily automated testing and tests performed by our global application engineering team, ensuring the highest possible quality for the PULSE 16 release.
This testing continues for the PULSE 16.1 release later this year. Results so far have been very valuable to you as a PULSE user, and to us, as they help us understand user requirements better. In all, 24 user requests have been registered and tracked. Although not all requests have been integrated into PULSE 16, they will be used for future reference and will influence the future of PULSE and our focus on what customers think is important.
Brüel & Kjær is in constant dialogue with PULSE users to help further improve PULSE. PULSE 16 includes almost 1000 changes as a direct result of user feedback, making it even better suited for a wide variety of tasks. We understand that, for many customers, PULSE is an essential part of their everyday work, and therefore we need to focus on every detail in order to make this work easier and more productive.
On average, 75% of user suggestions lead to changes in PULSE. Brüel & Kjær appreciates the valuable feedback we get from our customers and use it as an integral part in defining important changes to each new version.
